Student reports car break-ins
February 2, 2007
By Mac Weekly Staff
Macalester security
received a report Sunday from a student whose car had its windows
smashed in. When security went to investigate the damaged car, which
was parked on Macalester Street and Grand Avenue, they found that
several other cars also had their windows smashed.
Approximately six cars
were damaged on Macalester Street and Summit Avenue, said Terry
Gorman, Assistant Director of Facilities Management. He said a car
stereo was also stolen from one of the cars. The perpetrators are
unknown.
Gorman said there is no
way of knowing if the cars belong to Macalester students because they
did not have Macalester permits.
“This is the first
[car break-in] we’ve had for quite a while,” Gorman said.
The case was turned
over to the St. Paul police.
Gorman recommended that
students hide objects in their trunk and not leave valuables visible
in their cars.

Hi this is kind of of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding experience so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
