Ingredients: — 1 package semi-sweet chocolate bits or any other type of chocolate, but dark is the best — Enough matzah to cover a cookie sheet — 1 cup brown sugar — 2 sticks butter Directions: 1. Preheat over to 350° 2. Combine the brown sugar with the butter in a saucepan and gently bring the mixture to a boil (you need to stir it or it will burn) 3. Pour and spread equally over the matzah and bake 7 minutes (or until the tops are bubbly) 4. Remove from heat and immediately scatter choc bits on matzah. Wait a minute and then spread it around to cover the top with a knife 5. After the chocolate base you can also put peanut butter chips, almonds, coconut etc… on top 6. Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour and then break into pieces. 7. Store in an airtight container 8. Freeze! It is the best frozen!
