By introducing yourself to the owners the first weekend their FSBO can be announced, prior to a masses commence calling on Monday, you build a good network. By giving them methods, educational resources, free accounts, and forms, you become an ally. If you take a personal fascination with them and also their circumstances, you create a solid interconnection that, in many cases, pays off if the owners decide to go with a realtor they know and trust – preferably you.
