• 15 oz can cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
• 1 large avocado, peeled & coarsely chopped
• 1/2 cup argugula
• 1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
• 1 clove garlic, smashed
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Add everything but the EVOO to a food processor and pulse till coarsely chopped. Then slowly add the olive oil till creamy.
